This is a renovation and extension to an existing concrete block house. The existing kitchen and living areas have been demolished to create the new open plan kitchen, living and dining areas with a double sided fireplace.
The house now has an added bedroom extended to the back with the use of Weathertex cladding materials, along with a new laundry and ensuite. The current bathrooms have been upgraded. The back deck has been extended, pergola added for shading and a new brick BBQ area is being built into the existing established back garden
