Timber grown and milled by the family has been used extensively to create a unique, rustic exterior and polished, warm interior. Wood carving, nautical details and a slippery slide add a sense of fun.
The striking geometric form of a timber “Wave Walkway” connects the front and rear of the property. Careful interior detailing is used to create luxurious and relaxing homely spaces.
Improvements to sustainability measures have dramatically improved the thermal performance of the house. The home was originally a 1.9 star home, which was transformed into a 7.4 star home!
